Miami Immigration Lawyer

Our immigration law practice is based on our respect for our clients. Whether you are considering immigration, becoming a citizen, or fighting deportation, we will make you our number-one priority. At the Miami Law Offices of Stephanie G. Morrow, we do this by listening, providing education, and supporting you in your immigration needs.

We work with immigrants from many areas of the world. Attorney Stephanie Morrow is a bilingual speaker of Spanish and English. Our law office is conveniently located near the Little Haiti neighborhood of Miami. We practice in several different areas of immigration law. We can provide detailed information to help you understand your rights.

Family-Based Immigration

United States citizens may file petitions for their parents, siblings, husbands, wives, and children to become permanent residents. If you are a current permanent resident, you may petition the court for your spouse and children to join you as permanent residents as well. Our law office can assist in this process by advising you on the different family immigration laws and court procedures available. If you have family-based immigration questions, we can answer them.

Employment-Based Immigration

Our law firm assists people with business and employment-based non-immigrant visas and other temporary or non-immigrant visas. Regardless of your employment needs or situation, we can counsel you as to which visas may meet your needs. We also provide immigration law representation in the court system.

Visas (K-1 Visa, L-1 Visa, R-1 Visa, V Visa)

The United States government offers a wide variety of visas to meet specific and diverse immigration needs. We represent clients who need assistance with many of these visas including K1 fiancée visas, L1 non-immigrant temporary visas for workers, R visas for temporary religious workers, and V visas for family immigration of spouses and minor children. Consulting with attorney Stephanie G. Morrow can help answer your questions and give you guidance about your legal rights.

Political Asylum and Citizenship Proceedings

We have successfully obtained political asylum for many clients. If you need assistance with your citizenship application, we will be happy to represent you.

Our office is located in Miami, near the neighborhood of Little Haiti. We are bilingual in Spanish and English. Contact our office at 305.757.0900 or toll free at 888.757.0901 for a consultation.
